CLIENT TRANSFORMATION

H. Leigh, I’ve been doing abdominal workouts for 45minutes everyday and I can’t seem to get lean.

Leigh. H, it’s probably a mix of your program you’re doing and the type of food you’re eating.

H. What can I do?

Leigh. Let’s focus on using our compound exercises to build and burn fat and let’s take a look at your current diet to see what food you’re having.

H. Do I still do my ab exercises?

Leigh. No, you probably have string abs underneath the “sheet”. Let see if we can get rid of the blanket over the top.

My coaching career started in Long Beach California 2001. After training at By My Side
Personal Train Studio in Hollywood and Gold Gym Redondo Beach California I returned to
Australia and started my Personal Training Business in October 2001 with Fitness First North

Quay Brisbane.


The average term for Personal Trainers is roughly 2-3 years. I find the longer you can stay in
this field is a testament to your ability to train, nurture and steer your clients to better wellness.

When you start training with me you’ll get 23 years worth of experience and knowledge.
You will get constant support and direction so your goals can be reached.

You don’t need to be a member of a health club although using such facilities can be of great
help to your goals.

I offer support 24/7. Im there to guide and feed you as much knowledge as you can handle.
Support with your training, programming and nutritional advice. Located in Maroochydore, QLD.
